Materials and Finishes

Materials - The following material and finishes are readily available for our Soffi-Steel® System:

• Zinc Galvanized Paintgrip - Treated for painting and ready to accept such finish. Comes available in factory primed and powder coated finish also. ASTM-A527 Coating Class G90.
• .050 Aluminum - Recommended in applications in which corrosion is of concern. Prepared for painting and similar finishes. You may also select a factory applied primer or powder coated paint.
• Stainless Steel - Stainless Steel with #4 finish. This material is common in areas in which shield may be exposed to moisture. Please note that this #4 material does not accept any paint or secondary finish.

Painted Finish - The Soffi-Steel® System comes optional with a factory-painted, powder coated finish. Touch up paint is supplied by request to aid in system maintenance.

• Powder Coating – Environmentally friendly and capable of satisfying the most exacting performance and application requirements efficiently. Selection of powder coating guarantees performance characteristics providing a durable, attractive finish. Standard Colors in Satin Finish from Sherwin Williams:
  • Off White, HWS2 - 20017
  • Antique White, HWS2 - 20014 
  • Pure White, HWS2 - 20018 
  • Dover White, HWS2 - 20015
