JGI Interlock™ Concealment System
The Interlock™ Concealment System is much the same as the Soffi-Steel® System. It is strong and durable, Made in the USA and is produced from A60/G90 galvannealed steel, however has a few modifications for the purposes of greater economy. The Interlock™ Concealment System is a more economical alternative to typical drywall applications and carries the FM Approval.
Secure
Utilizing the Snap-Lock connection, The Interlock™ Concealment System is snapped securely into chromium plated spring steel shield clips. The unique "reverse curvature" interfacing between the clips and the cover renders the cover virtually irremovable once installed. Providing a secure, stramlined cover shield for your facility's exposed mechanicals is a simplistic endeavor.
Versatile
The custom-fabricated Interlock™ Concealment System is available in a variety of shapes and sizes to accommodate your individual enclosure requirements. In order to satisfy your individual project needs, our systems are offered in two standard shapes. The L-Shield is primarily used for installations at the wall/ceiling or wall/floor line and the U-Shield is utilized for ceiling or vertical drop installations. Both canfigurations can be manufactured at dimensions ranging between 2-3/4" - 60" and up to 10' lengths.

The Interlock™ Concealment System is conveniently tailored to satisfy your individual project needs.
Our enclosure systems are offered in:
- Stainless steel with #4 finish: 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24 Gauge
- Zinc-galvanized Paintgrip (treated for painting) with an A60 coating designation: 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 Gauge. As defined by standard specification ASTM A 653, A60 has a minimum coating weight of 183g/m2.
Several finish options to choose from:
- Sherwin Williams expoxy polyester hybrid powder coating provides a hard, durable and attractive finish.
- Offered in Sherwin Williams Colors: Off White, Antique White, Pure White, Dover White and Custom Color options.
- Stainless Steel #4 Finish. Recommended inthose instances which the shield may be exposed to moisture.
- Primed when paint is scheduled after installaion of soffit material.
Durable
Available in #4 Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, and Powder Coated finishes. The security grade Interlock™ Concealment System retains it security and aesthetics, even in the most abusive circumstances.
